In 1891 she was living Upper Sans St in Bishopwearmouth (my Grandmother lived there, Wellington Lane, at the same time). Her father Joseph born 1869 in Durham is a cartman - her mother Jessie born 1873. In 1911 they are living 62 Borough Rd and Joseph was at that time a contracter.
