Dr. Harry L. Cunin, Allentown Doctor January 13, 1985|Sunday Call-Chronicle Dr. Harry L. Cunin, 80, an ear, nose and throat specialist and rhinoplastic surgeon in Allentown, and a former president of the Bath school board, died Friday in Martons Care Center, Media, Delaware County. He was the husband of Fay (Getz) Cunin. A 1930 graduate of the Temple University Medical School, he served his senior internship at Allentown Hospital. He was chief resident in the ear, nose, throat department at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Medicine and at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and was an instructor at University of Pennsylvania Graduate Hospital. Dr. Cunin had a general practice in Bath, 1931-46, and a practice in Allentown for 20 years, retiring in 1968. He was a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology. Born in Russia, he was a son of the late Lozer and Rebecca Cunin. He was a past president of the Bath Lions Club and a past master of the Manoquesy Lodge, Bath. Surviving with his widow are a son, Dr. Burton of Hartford, Conn.; a daughter Elise, wife of Marlow E. Sigal of Newton, Mass.; a brother Herman of Chevy Chase, Md., andfive grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday in the Beth El Memorial Park, Whitehall Township.
