Lorraine Riehl Bentley Memorial visitation for Lorraine Riehl Bentley will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 1, at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave., Chicago. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 2, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Born in Chicago, she passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009. Lorraine lived almost 60 years in Lincolnwood. She might be remembered sitting at the front desk for 26 years of service to the Village of Lincolnwood. She worked in the water department and at her retirement she was the deputy village clerk. Lorraine married E. William Bentley on July 3, 1947. They were married 49 years when "Biff" passed away. Lorraine was a guiding force in her family's lives. She will be missed by her four children, William Bentley, Barbara (Dale) Vanderbilt, Elizabeth (Dan) Pappas and Bonnie (John) Beslow. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Brian, Michael, George, Connie, Kathleen. Danielle, Samantha, Haley, Erin and Lucas. BONNIE J. BESLOW Obituary
Bonnie Jean Beslow, age 55, passed June 21, 2012; loving wife to John; inspiring mother to Samantha, Haley, Erin and Lucas; caring sister to Billy, Barbara, and Betty; one of a kind in-law, aunt and friend to many. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Lorraine and Biff Bentley. Services will be held at North Shore Unitarian Church, 2100 Half Day Rd., Deerfield, IL at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Visiting hours will be held following the service until 8 p.m. at the family's home. Private family burial.
