Elysse Frank, 56, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend, died March 22, 2009. Elysse, of White Plains, NY, was an independent spirit with a penchant for song and dance, word games, cruising, and good food. Her particular brand of honesty and wry sense of humor - she often referred to herself as the Woody Allen of White Plains - will especially be missed.
She is survived by her longtime companion and tango partner, Rino Di Fabio, her sisters, Randi Perez of Berwyn, PA and Cheryl (Stanley) Hammerman of Scottsdale; five nieces and nephews; and her parents, Ed and Rita Frank of Plymouth Meeting, PA. A memorial service was held Monday, March 23, in White Plains. Contributions in her memory may be made to Congregation Or Chadash of Scottsdale, Hillel at ASU, or KiDMa-The Southwest Community.
